The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing systems installation and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew. This role is crucial for ensuring that plumbing systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and to code in new construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing systems installation and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew. This role is crucial for ensuring that plumbing systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and to code in new construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction homes and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Install piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, boilers, and other plumbing equipment according to project specifications and local codes.
- Perform pressure testing, check for leaks, and ensure systems function properly before final inspection.
- Collaborate with other construction trades and site supervisors to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise on the job site.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid plumbing license for WA.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in new construction plumbing.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials used in new construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and building regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential and light commercial plumbing.
- Familiarity with modern tools and technology in plumbing systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
