SUMMARY:
As an integral part of our spa/salon, you are responsible for delivering personalized skincare treatments, consultations, and recommendations to enhance our clients' natural beauty and promote overall wellness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (and other duties as assigned)
Consultation and Analysis:
Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns, goals, and medical history. Perform skin analysis to determine the most suitable treatments and products for individual needs.
Skincare Treatments:
Administer a variety of skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized treatments.
Perform extractions, exfoliation, and other skincare techniques with precision and expertise. Provide guidance on at-home skincare regimens to maintain and enhance treatment results.
Hair Removal and Beautification:
Offer waxing services for various areas of the body with attention to client comfort and sanitation.
Perform eyebrow shaping, tinting, and other facial hair grooming techniques.
Product Knowledge and Sales:
Stay updated on the latest skincare products, techniques, and industry trends.
Educate clients about recommended products and their benefits, promoting retail sales when appropriate.

Sanitation and Safety:
Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. Maintain equipment, tools, and treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable, valued, and satisfied with their experience.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and inquiries professionally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid state licensure as an aesthetician.
- Proven experience in administering a wide range of skincare treatments and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their effects on different skin types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments/products. ยง Uphold high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client confidentiality.
