About the Job
- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
- Work location: Onsite; Everett, WA
- Compensation: $50 to $56 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and social functioning.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and interviews to identify mental health disorders and develop treatment plans based on client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that outline goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.
- Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and changes in clients' situations or progress.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health issues, relationship challenges, and personal development.
- Evaluate clients in crisis and determine the appropriate level of care and intervention needed.
- Offer crisis intervention services, including safety planning and connecting clients with emergency resources when necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and medical doctors, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
Education Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
Experience
- 1 year, will accept new grads with clinical social work experience
Licenses and Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- MSW and LCSW preferred
- WA license
