Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary Range based on experience ($55,100 - $77,000)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients
• Perform mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
• Advocate for clients' needs and access to resources

Requirements:

• Current and Active LCSW License in Massachusetts
• 1 year experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
