Job Description: Licensed Clinical Social Worker
IABA is looking for a Full time LCSW in the Oak Lawn, IL. and surrounding south suburb areas!
IABA's LCSW is responsible for the clinical and employee connection oversight at their clinical location. The LCSW directly works with intake families to connect them with services and to educate families about applied behavior analysis (and our company!). The LCSW also runs social skills groups and supervises Medicaid treatment plans for children with autism. Additionally, the LCSW provides on ground employee support to ensure IABA employees are also connected to resources. Finally, the LCSW supports the company through event planning and community outreach.
*This is a full time salary position with benefits. We also offer a sign on bonus of $500!
Responsibilities:
Clinical Support & Intakes:*
- Answers family and intake phone calls on the same business day providing exceptional customer service
- Keeps active documentation on intake clients per IABA's protocols
- Ensures intake families are aware of documentation needed to begin ABA services, including Medicaid requirements
- Communicates with Clinical Directors & Supervisor to ensure children are placed onto caseloads in a timely manner
- Communicates with families throughout waitlist process
- Provides ABA introduction sessions to families new to IABA
- Maintains a referral library for ABA providers and other treating professionals (6+ months on waitlist) on Google Drive
- Supervises Service Authorizations and Treatment Plans for children with Medicaid insurance (IL)
- Assists Clinical Directors with the creation of Social Skills Groups & runs Groups at Home-Clinic
Employee Support:*
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure employee relation matters are effectively and consistently addressed
- Provides weekly, moving to bi-weekly phone calls/or in person meetings with all new employees for 90 days to support IABA employees
- Distributes technology & key fobs as needed to new employees
- Answer employee questions regarding policies & is fully knowledgeable about IABA policies and procedures
- Plans companywide employee engagement activities by surveying staff and working with Clinical Directors
- Assists supervisory team with coaching and conflict resolution
- Conduct offboarding interviews and relay information to Employee Advocate
Company Support:*
- Plans companywide family engagement activities by surveying staff and working with Parent Liaison & Employee Advocate
- Supports marketing efforts of IABA Employees (Clinical Directors/Marketing Project Manager) as it relates to internal marketing efforts
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's Level Education or higher in a related field
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- Strong work ethic offering solutions when barriers to work are encountered
- Seeks opportunities for communication and collaboration
- Displays ownership and pride over work contributions
- Thrives in a performance-based position
- Proficient in excel, word, and other computer software with an eye for detail

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 annual salary range based on experience
