We are looking fora Behavioral Health Specialist (LCSW-C) to join our Waldorf, MD clinic, where you'll have a set Monday thru Thursday 10 hours per day schedule and will primarily: 

• Play a crucial role in conducing clinical assessments, developing personalized behavioral care for patients with obesity, and engaging them in the multidisciplinary service model offered by CoreLife.
• Be a vital member of a care team that includes a Nurse Practitioner, Dietitian, and Health and Fitness Trainer, to ensure patients receive comprehensive care. 

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution 
• 1 to 2 years experience working with adults and children
• LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland
