Responsibilities
Client Service: Interact with clients daily, address inquiries, process policy changes, and provide proactive support.
Policy Management: Maintain accurate records, process policy endorsements, and ensure client information is up-to-date.
Claims Support: Assist clients with the claims process, guide them through claim submissions, and facilitate seamless claim resolutions.
Customer Retention: Build rapport with clients, anticipate their needs, and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the agency team, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to insurance regulations, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
Requirements
Licensing: Active 440 or 220 License in Florida is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and policies.
Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all client interactions.
