Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Provide professional support to clients, addressing their insurance queries and needs promptly and accurately.
Inbound Inquiries: Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, resolving issues and providing information efficiently.
Policy Management: Handle policy changes, updates, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate client requests and provide seamless service.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
Licensing: Active Illinois Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry, is a plus.
