Licensed Dental Assistant - Dental Associates Minnesota

This position is at our Children's Clinic - it is a part time role working 2 Saturdays per month.

We currently operate three dental practices, serving patients throughout the metro area. Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Dental Assistant. This position is located at our Childrens' practice in Savage, MN which serves children and young adults.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays, and providing patient education. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist in all dental procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
• Maintain patient records and charting.
• Provide patient education and instruction on proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Take x-rays, impressions, and other dental records as directed by the dentist.
• Assist with laboratory procedures as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Schedule: Two Saturdays/month, 8:00am-5:00pm
