Degryse Electric, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage a dynamic team of up to 10 workers on various electrical projects. The role requires strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge in electrical systems with strong emphasis in code compliance, including all phases of electrical installation including underground and overhead. Responsible for maintaining the highest of safety standards while also giving top notch customer service.

- Manage and supervise a crew of up to 10 workers, ensuring efficient workflow and quality installations.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and electrical code specifications for equipment layouts.
- Understanding and implementing National Electric Code in all aspect of electrical construction
- Conduct and coordinate safety meetings and maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
- Act as the primary liaison with site superintendents and other construction professionals.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices, promoting skill development and adherence to industry standards.
- Manage equipment and material inventory, ensuring availability and readiness for all projects.
- Perform thorough inspections post-project to ensure cleanliness and order. As well complete all close out paperwork
- Handle emergency service calls and manage administrative tasks such as work logs and client updates.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, enhancing customer relations and service satisfaction.
- Facilitate inspections and maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies.
- Performing installation of panels, switch gears, outlets, lighting systems, lighting control work, providing power to mechanical equipment, everything from rough-in to finish work.
- Must be California State Certified General Electrician licensed
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar leadership role in electrical projects. Journeyman Electrician experience is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent organizational skills and experience with project management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Proficient in managing inventory and project resources.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in client interactions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to respond to emergency situations outside of standard hours.
