CommQuest seeks a contractedLicensed Independent Social Worker w/ Supervision (LISW-S) to provide supervision to our social workers in Alliance, Canton, and Massillon locations. The Licensed Independent Social Worker - Supervisor (LISW-S) will provide supervisory duties, including training, mentoring, and evaluating of other social workers and will not be requires to see clients, at this time. The LISW-S will ensure that services are delivered in accordance with best practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do:
- Provide clinical supervision to social work staff, including LISW, LSW, and MSW interns, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Facilitate regular supervision meetings to review cases, provide guidance, and support professional development.
- Assist in the development of individualized professional growth plans for supervisees.
- Evaluate supervisees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Days w/ some schedule flexibility - Contracted position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Master's Degree in Social Work required
- Minimum LISW-S in the state of Ohio
- 1+ years in Addiction and/or Substance Abuse
- 1+ years of experience working as a LISW-S
- Fluent in written and spoken English
