Because of our growth, we need an Agency Manager to run Agency Sales, Customer Service and Administration.
We have several agencies including independent agencies looking to hire.

Agency Manager Position offers

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Lead and inspire Agency Sales and Customer Retention
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc
Foster lasting relationships with new business sources, clients and prospects
Expand Agency referral programs
Manage Customer Service, office operations and administration

Requirements
Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required, Life & Health license a bonus
Previous Sales experience in an Insurance Agency
An upbeat, positive, can-do attitude
Ability to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
Staff management skills
Comprehensive computer experience and skills
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
