Primary responsibilities of a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative focus on assisting our personal lines clients with their day-to-day service needs. We are looking for an individual who is interested in long-range career growth with a stable company and agency. This individual needs to be experienced, self-motivated, and have the ability to within a tight knit team of insurance professionals.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Helping clients with their policy changes - Adding cars, changing lenders, etc.
• Helping clients file initial claim reports and explaining what to expect.
• Explaining premium changes related to policy changes.
• Pre-renewal client contact for policy reviews.
• Following with clients on documents and signatures.
• Billing reminders.
• Service related activities as the need arises.

• California Property & Casualty License is required.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products have in helping our clients manage the risks they face everyday.
• Highly organized and self motivated individual who can multi-task.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Allstate experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills - Written, verbal, and listening.
• Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
