Salary Range: $45000.00 - $200000.00 per year

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Work Schedule
Responsibilities
- Establishes productive working relationships with clients
- Network with potential customers
- Promote the insurance agency to customers who need insurance
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
- Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed
- Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy
- Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way
- Meeting sales goals
- Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
Requirements
- License Requirements: An active Property and Casualty License and 3 years of insurance sales experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
