Salary Range: $75000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and offer personalized guidance.

Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and proposing effective solutions.

Policy Customization: Create and recommend insurance plans that align with each client's individual needs.

Cross-selling/Bundling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional policies.

Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to our Agency.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide well-informed recommendations.

Licensing: Current Active Property & Casualty License required in ANY STATE! We will pay for your Resident/Non-resident RI & MA license' if needed

-Will train the right candidate if currently unlicensed-

Experience: Prior SALES experience in insurance P&C sales with proven track record of hitting and exceeding Sales Goals

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focus: A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment while maintaining productivity.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team setting.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and other communication tools is a plus.
