Licensed Insurance Sales Producer - Primary Location

California Property & Casualty Licensed.

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge needed.

Salary Range: $25000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Licensed Staff Producer:

Be a team player to help grow the agency.

Open and close insurance product sales and provide customer policy support as needed.

Be organized and efficient.

Provide billing breakdown and account review for agency customers.

Make marketing phone calls and email property & casualty insurance quotes for customers

Ensure a positive customer experience.

Licensing: Must have a valid Property & Casualty insurance license in California.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Client-Focused: Dedication to providing outstanding service and building lasting client relationships.

Adaptability: Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to support team members.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using insurance software and CRM systems.
