Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Establish rapport with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and present tailored solutions.

Policy Sales: Drive sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques, guiding clients through policy options.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients insurance requirements, ensuring the best fit.

Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with leads and existing clients to foster relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Documentation: Accurately complete necessary documentation and processes for policy issuance and claims.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the agency team to meet collective goals and enhance customer service.

Licensing: Must hold an active Texas Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
