Responsibilities

Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls efficiently, addressing queries and providing solutions. Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that align with clients' specific needs. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance clients' insurance portfolios. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
