Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, assess their insurance requirements, and provide personalized insurance solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and services, meeting sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Policy Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to educate clients.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Illinois Insurance License required.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly within the insurance industry, is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-Motivated: Proactive, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Local Presence: Reside in or near Elmhurst, Illinois for in-person client meetings and community outreach activities.
