Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance policies and explaining coverage options.
New Business Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the company's client base.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
Policy Renewal: Follow up with clients on policy renewals and make necessary adjustments based on changing needs.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and product offerings to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
Requirements
Insurance License: Must possess or willing to obtain a valid insurance license in the state of Indiana.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
