Responsibilities
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and work through a pipeline of 10 Internet leads daily, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Handle 3 to 5 live transfer leads per day for auto and home insurance, providing exceptional service and guidance to potential customers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable policies.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into policyholders, focusing on bundling home and auto insurance whenever possible.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and generate referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the office.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and changes in regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
Requirements
