We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers unlimited earning potential through a combination of base salary, commissions, and bonus opportunities. The base salary ranges from $32,000 to $36,500 (may be negotiable with experience), with the potential for additional earnings based on performance. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition to a different work environment (home optional) after a probationary period and proven sales results.

• Make outbound calls to leads for Auto and Homeowners insurance.
• Provide accurate and competitive insurance quotes to potential clients.
• Follow up with potential customers based on their requested timelines or renewal dates.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Explore new sales opportunities through personal networks and referrals.

• Valid insurance license required before starting the position.
• Familiarity with property and casualty insurance.
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with potential customers.
