Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
- Policy Evaluation: Assess current insurance policies to identify areas for improvement and offer beneficial alternatives.
- Product Promotion: Actively promote a variety of insurance products to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sale support to address any queries or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships within the community to increase brand awareness and customer base.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess an active Nevada Property & Casualty License.
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a closely related field is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand and respond to clients' insurance needs.
