As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for advising prospects on property and casualty insurance, generating quotes, and developing strong client relationships. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, youll have everything you need to succeed, even if you have no prior experience in the insurance industry. We offer a competitive base salary along with bonus opportunities. Year-end earnings can range between $35,000 and $75,000, based on performance. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the drive to succeed, implement training, and be coachable.
- Generate insurance quotes using provided leads and through self-generated sources.
- Educate clients on various insurance coverage options, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Develop relationships with referral partners through networking and social media.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client needs.
- Maintain strong operational processes when writing business.
- Consistently strive to put the clients best interests first.

- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
