Salary Range: $35000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Licensing: Must possess an active Louisiana Property & Casualty License, also, maintain knowledge of new products.
Experience/Sales: Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly regarded. Allstate experience preferred but not required.
Communication: Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for client and prospect interaction to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Motivation: A positive, self-driven approach for sales with a passion for helping clients achieve their insurance goals.
Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a productive work environment.
Technical Skills: Must have better than average computer skills, you will be on the computer & phone most of your day.
Requirements
*Must Have a Property and Casualty License & 1 year Insurance experience*
