Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to provide insurance solutions.
Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are properly documented in the CRM system.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to offer expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Policy Sales: Conduct consultations to assess clients' coverage requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Cross-selling: Enhance client portfolios by presenting additional insurance products that meet their needs.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in insurance regulations.
Requirements:
Licensing: Active South Carolina Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
