Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Calls: Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, respond to inquiries, and provide information about insurance policies.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Policy Evaluation: Review existing policies and make recommendations for coverage adjustments or additional policies based on clients' needs.
Documentation and Follow-up: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, update policies as necessary, and follow up on pending tasks or requests.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Hold an active P & C insurance license in the state of Florida. Insurance Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in paperwork and ensuring accuracy. Professionalism: Present oneself in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
