Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Extended Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Extended Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.
- Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ needs.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid LNA certification in New Hampshire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
