Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission.
• Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team, ensuring they work together effectively.
• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents’ individual care plans are followed.
• Create and maintain a budget.
• Oversee billing and set fees.
• Act as the ‘face’ of the organization to the public and residents’ families, serving as a liaison between staff, residents, and families.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s of Science degree from an accredited college or university.
• State licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
• Master’s of Health Administration (MHA) or a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in healthcare management (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
