Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee both the clinical and administrative functions of our facility. As the LNHA, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating a collaborative work culture for our residents and staff.

Location:
Pawling, NY (Dutchess County)

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $150,000 per year (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Facility Management:

• Supervise all clinical and administrative operations within the facility.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive management system to optimize day-to-day functions.
• Coordinate and manage departments to ensure efficient and high-quality care delivery.

Financial Oversight:

• Oversee financial management and budgeting for the facility.
• Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising care quality.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Lead the facility’s quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Resident Advocacy:

• Advocate for residents’ rights and ensure their care is individualized and of the highest quality.
• Foster an environment where residents’ voices are heard and valued.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State LNHA Certification.
• Strong leadership, performance management, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and document management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset that prioritizes both resident and staff well-being.
