Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, full-time
We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative, initiative-taking qualified licensed NHA to join our team in one of our mid-sized skilled nursing facilities located in Philadelphia, PA. Position Overview:
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility, including profit and loss responsibility, ensuring the highest standards of care, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations, and the overall success of the facility. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience as a licensed NHA and a proven track record of success with survey management and operational improvement.

Key Duties:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Lead the facility's participation in the Department of Health survey process.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient and effective resident care.
- Support staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Census Management and Controllable Cost Management.
- Managing the CMS Quality Indicators.
- Ensure the facility achieves and maintains at least 4 stars on CMS 5-star rating system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership ability with two (2) years as an Administrator in long-term care.
- Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal regulations and the survey process.
- Current PA Nursing Home Administrator License.
