Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision, training, and development opportunities for Vision Center associates, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Ensure quality eyewear by consulting with customers, selecting products, verifying prescriptions, and maintaining optical equipment.
• Uphold the company's Open Door Policy by addressing concerns, reviewing policies, and suggesting resolutions.
• Coordinate job-related activities, develop stakeholder relationships, and promote continuous learning and improvement.

• 1-3 years of Optical experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Wanting to be a manager of people and business.

Certifications:

• CA Dispensing Optician license
• ABO/NCLE certification
