SEPT Physical Therapy is part of Advance Rehabilitation Management Group, a therapist-owned company, providing exceptional rehabilitation services since 1998.  Our physical therapist-owned practice has been providing exceptional physical therapy services in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina since1999. We have 9 private-practice clinics and manage 5 contract satellite outpatient clinics.

Our patient population primarily consists of those with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab, joint and spine management.In addition to our outpatient orthopedic focus, we have also grown quickly as a premier treatment provider for patients with neurologic, dizziness, and balance issues.  

 

How we do it. 

 

We maintainan appropriate caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. You'll also get to work in a multidisciplinary collaboration with our physician/surgeon colleagues at Pardee UNC Health Care.

 

We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development.
