The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in healthcare settings, providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You'll be responsible for assessing patients' health status, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care. Job Details:

Duration: 13 weeks

Okay with either day, evening, or night shifts.

Hourly pay range of $36-39

Start Date: 8/13/24

Both part-time and full-time positions available

Required Qualifications:

Specialises in Long Term Care

Completion of a state-approved practical nursing program.

Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.

With prior experience and strong knowledge of nursing principles and clinical practices.

Demonstrated experience in providing direct patient care and medication administration.

Proficiency in conducting health assessments and recognizing changes in patients' conditions.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and patient interaction.

Capability to maintain composure and provide care in high-pressure situations.

Understanding of infection control protocols and safety measures.

Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and medical documentation.

Adherence to ethical and legal principles in healthcare delivery.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as necessary.
