About the Job
Join us at MANA GI where we work in conjunction with Washington Regional to solve gastrointestinal issues like Crohn's disease and IBS. You will help support patients that navigate celiac intolerance and further symptoms that effect a patient's day to day lifestyle.
Here's some tasks you will do:
Assist physician in setting up for procedures and exams, revising daily schedules; obtaining charge tickets, locating lab tests and x-ray reports. Triage patients to ensure productive departmental flow.

Responsibilities:
- Assist physician in setting up for procedures and exams, revising daily schedules; obtaining charge tickets, locating lab tests and x-ray reports.
- Work with reception to schedule work-ins and ASAP appointments in a timely manner.
- Schedule diagnostic tests and procedures as ordered. Complete pre-certification as determined by insurance. Notify hospital or testing facility of physicians' orders.
- E-prescribe medications as appropriate and send in mail order prescriptions as needed. Monitor indigent drug programs and notify patients of such if needed.
