Pay: $1400/week
Position: 13 Week LPN Home Health Contract
Start:ASAP
Location: Warren, MI
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.42/mile for patient related travel
Schedule: Monday - Friday (35 points per week with a once monthly Saturday rotation)
Job Description/Additional Details: Home Health LPN. HCHB strongly preferred.
Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
Area of coverage is West Detroit, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Canton, Wayne, Westland, and Lincoln Park
