Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans as needed.
- Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in New Hampshire.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
