LPN Job Highlights

• The pay for this position is $33.79 - $37.17 per hour.
• Monday-Friday, Day shift, 30 - 38 hours per week, 10-hour shifts; Saturday-Sunday, 7-8 hours. Schedule is usually 3 weekdays + 1 rotational weekend day (Saturday or Sunday-- not both)
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services.
• Administer immunizations and injections and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
• Assess patients during intake.
• Take vital signs.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening.
• Perform Point of care testing
• Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
• Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
• Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse, active and in good standing
• Active BLS required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
• Previous experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record
