Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN - North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center

Northridge Health and Rehab is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs) to join our growing nursing team. As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.

Position available Full-Time or Part-Time with rotation weekends, and PRN

Requirements:

• Active WI License Practical Nurse (LPN) license 

• Great customer service skills

• Passion to work with the aging population 

• Great communications skills
