**$3,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time**

**$1,500 Sign On Bonus for Part-Time**

Requirements:

• Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Have dependable transportation, driver’s license, and car insurance

Shifts available:

• Monday thru Friday 2:00pm to 10pm
• Monday thru Friday 10:00pm to 6:00am
• Baylor Plan---every weekend 6am to 10pm
