The LPN or Medical Assistantin the Putnam Medical Group OBGYN office is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing-processed based care/services to patients.

Requirements: LPN graduation from an accredited school of nursing andprior clinical nursing experiencerequired. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Practical Nursing license by date of employment required.Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Medical Assistant graduation from a Medical Assistant program and/orequivalentwork experience as a Medical Assistantrequired. Certified Medical Assistant CMA certification preferred and required within 6 months of employment.
