Sales Activities: Handle both outbound and inbound sales activities to support client needs effectively.

Policy Recommendations: Provide expert advice and recommend insurance policies that align with client objectives and preferences.

Client Retention: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and building trust.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Licensing: Must hold a valid Ohio Property and Casualty Insurance license.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
