Prospecting and lead generation are second nature to you, and you handle objections effortlessly. As a strong communicator committed to providing exceptional service, you are well-prepared to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses weekly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Be able to quickly work with provided leads (including realtor.com, Dave Ramsey, 72Sold and more)
Qualifications
- Driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge
- Great at connecting with people, listening, and understanding their needs
- Experienced in finding and generating leads
- Confident in handling objections smoothly
- Outstanding communicator who loves providing excellent service
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Holds a valid real estate license
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong in both written and spoken communication
- Super organized
- Open to learning and using scripts and dialogues
- Excellent at managing time
