Licensed Sales Producer/Account Manager - Primary Location

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community.
• You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Salary Range: $25000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Process customer service requests quickly and thoroughly
