To join this team please have the following requirements:
- COVID Vaccination Required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is strongly preferred
- Licensed social worker in the state of Massachusetts required
- Proficient in English, with also Spanish preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a social worker in a healthcare-related setting
- Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center is strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities
- Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
