We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges and improve their well-being .
**Duties:**
- Lead group Skills Training and Development group.
- Provide individual CBRS services.
- Provide Case management services.
- Provide crisis intervention services
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using ICD-10 codes
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's in Social Work or related field
- State licensure as a Social Worker, if applicable.
- Experience in working with individuals with severe mental health issues, PTSD, and crisis situations
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Current Idaho drivers license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.25 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
