Qualifications and Experience

Educational and Professional Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a Mental Health Field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families (preferred).

Language Skills:
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish (strongly preferred).

Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in evidence-based best practices.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed therapy.
- Expertise in client-centered treatment approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to children and families using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and strengths of clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
- Collaborate with other professionals and community resources to support clients' holistic needs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field of mental health.
- Utilize bilingual skills to provide effective therapy and support to Spanish-speaking clients.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
