What you'll be doing day to day:
- Appointment Booking: Use company-provided leads and collect additional referrals through "Plus Leads" to ensure a steady flow of client presentations.
- Serve Veterans and Families: Provide professional, personalized service to Veterans, delivering prequalified benefits and conducting needs analysis to recommend suitable coverage.
- Lead Generation: Gather 5-10 new referrals per presentation to consistently secure three daily presentations.
- Mentorship & Training: Engage in daily training sessions to enhance skills and fast-track professional growth. Be open to learning how to build and coach a team.
- Agency Building: Recruit, train, and mentor new agents regularly, aiming to onboard one new agent per week.
Who and what I am looking for:
- Self-starter, strong work ethic, coachable and hungry to grow
- State License Required (licensing assistance available)
- Must be 18 and able to pass a background check
- Located in the U.S. (remote position)
- No prior experience needed; training provided
- Interest in sales, insurance, entrepreneurship and leadership
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and high integrity
- Military Veterans are highly valued
- Sales background highly valued
