UTHealth Houston Bellaire Family Clinic is hiring a LMRT to join their team of professionals.
ARRT certification
Ability to capture high-quality images using various imaging modalities.
Ability to utilize PACS medical imaging technology.
Operate and maintain a variety of x-ray equipment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Position Summary:
To perform limited radiological duties for diagnostic purposes.
Position Key Accountabilities:
- Prepares patient for radiological procedures.
- Performs limited radiological duties.
- Maintains production and quality of radiographs.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Produce quality diagnostic radiographs.
- Prepares reports and maintains records.
- Perform data entry and filing
- Other duties as assigned.
- Certification/Skills:
Current licensure as a Limited Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Diploma from an accredited radiology school and/or equivalent required.
Minimum Experience:
None.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds frequently and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.
Security Sensitive:
This job class may contain positions that are security sensitive and thereby subject to the provisions of Texas Education Code 51.215
Residency Requirement:
Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
