We're looking for Cooks who want an opportunity for an outstanding culinary career.
Work with an amazing team of line Cooks to prepare excellent Colorado cuisine! You will enjoy food preparation including frying, sautéing, chopping or grilling in a high volume kitchen to successfully execute Colorado Mountain Brewery's delicious cuisine.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Prep Cook or Line Cook experience in a busy food service operation is preferred.
- Pay is based on Line Cook experience and ability to execute stations in high volume.
- Knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations regarding Health, Safety, and Sanitation.
- Must be able to speak, read and understand English well enough for effective communication and recipe preparation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide proof upon hire.
- Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
- Sets up stations according to restaurant guidelines.
- Successfully executes assigned station whether pizza, salad, fry, grill or saute'.
- Maintains Health Department Safe Food Handling Regulations and Guidelines.
- Follows recipes, portion controls and presentations specifications.
- Rotates food in walk-ins and freezers to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Cleans and maintains station.
- Must be able to properly use and maintain all equipment in each station for which you are trained.
- Prioritizes work responsibilities effectively.
- Other duties as requested/assigned.
